Boyfriend Soup

I LOVE boyfriend soup.  It's the best kind.  Aa specializes in onion soups in the dutch oven, but this one went well beyond the scope of onions! He also put baby fingerling potatoes, lima beans, carrots, roasted corn, sauteed onions and garlic, and wild rice with No-Chicken Broth! It looks like delicious peasant food and I'm into it. He is really good at cleaning out the pantry and fridge when I need it.  So appreciated!! What kind of partner soups do y'all get?!
