Feeding the "future monster"
Future Monster lives inside me, it tickles constantly. A neverending reminder of why the present means nothing without the future, why my life now will never be satisfactory; without the nagging monster of potential knocking inside my rib cage, I am nothing.
One version of my future self is influenced by this blog, La Tavola Marche- my fantasy life...not exactly MY life, but facets that I would include. It's a good one, check it out.
Made the roasted butternut squash salad recipe. Used dill instead of oregano and mint just because I didn't have it handy, and the same for a regular spanish onion instead of red. Delicious!
